Grace Cowins has experience working in various roles in the real estate industry, and thus, understands how to market properties for sale and for rent. She has over 28 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent and mortgage loan originator; she has been a buyer, a seller, and a landlord. Adding property management to her resume, was an easy and necessary decision because of her history and because of the demand. Not only does she understand property management standards but she also has knowledge in new home construction sales, HUD homes, short sales, REO properties, leasing, investment sales and acquisitions, and down payment assistance programs. Her knowledge is the foundation of her business and the key to her success.
