Q. Why should I hire Skybros? I can market my property on my own
A.With every investment you make, you need a good support system, those that know and understand the rules and regulations of the industry and have permission to do business in that market. As a licensed corporation, Skybros will partner with you to not only promote and rent out your home but to keep you accountable to the laws that you should also be aware of as an investor. We offer our services, our knowledge, and our portal.
Q. Are you licensed?
A.Skybros LLC is a licensed real estate broker, licensed by the Georgia Real Estate Commission. Grace Cowins, the CEO of Skybros, is also licensed as a real estate broker.
Q. Why is the portal important?
A.We make it easy for you. To keep tabs on your investment, to view your statements, and to review other property related reports, log into your owner portal to access our easy to use detailed financial reporting tools.
Q. Do I get to see the lease?

Q. How long of a lease do you sign?
A.As part of our partnership, we require that the lease be for at least one year or more
Q. What type of properties do you manage?
A.We care for long term residential properties including condos, single family homes, and townhomes.
Q. Can you put the money directly into my account?
A.Yes, we can direct deposit funds into your account
Q. How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
A.In managing your property effectively, we collect a security deposit [the amount is subject to change] and one month’s rent when the tenant signs the lease. We also offer non-security deposit options.
Q. Who holds the tenant security deposit?
A.The security deposit will be held by Skybros, LLC. in a trust account until the tenant moves out.
Q. Do you sell real estate too?
A.Yes, in caring for you as our client, we will assist you with buying and selling property.
